QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School Graduate/Senior High School Graduate
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to handle inbound customer calls
- Willing to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Willing to work shifting schedule
- Can start asap
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls from telco customers
- Assist customers with account and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot basic telecommunications concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
