About the role
Customer Service Representative role in the Financial Services / Insurance industry, where you will handle customer and policy inquiries in a professional environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO voice experience in any account
- Strong verbal communication skills for professional client interactions
- Detail-oriented when handling customer and policy inquiries
- Customer service experience in Financial Services or Non-Life Insurance is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
RESPONSIBILITIES:
