Your Role as a Telco Customer Service Representative

You'll Help Customers With Mobile, internet, and service concerns

Billing and payment inquiries

Plans, services, and promotions

Activations, upgrades, and renewals

Basic troubleshooting

Account updates and customer requests

Providing accurate information and solutions

Documenting customer interactions

Escalating complex concerns when needed
