Must clear NonVoice Versant test (C1 English)
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 6 months BPO / Ecommerce customer support experience
Strong English communication (C1 fluency mandatory)
Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5.5 work days
Ability to manage customer query
