- Handle international customer queries via inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve billing, account & service issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction with clear communication
- Follow escalation & process guidelines
- Manage customer retention & recovery
- Perform upselling & crossselling of services/packages
- Adhere to quality & compliance standards
- Maintain daily call logs & reports
- Collaborate with team leads & trainers
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Undergraduate with strong English communication
- Minimum 6 months international BPO voice experience
- Flexible for rotational shifts & offs
- Good customer handling & problemsolving skills
