What they need
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure services and DevOps tooling accross OpenShift and GCP environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and deployment infrastructure
- Work with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Contribute to automation, observability, and reliability initiatives across the platform using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Lead and mentor team members in DevOps practices, fostering a culture of learning, automation, and continuous improvement
- Implement scalable systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and reduce manual toil
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, MTTR)
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, security hardening, and operational efficiency gains
- Stay up to date on latest DevOps technologies, tools, and industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for the organization
