About the role
Prepare CAD drawings for a variety of projects including club houses, lobbies, retail shops, public lavatories, and apartments. Support project teams for completion of design work or to convert clients' design concepts and drawings into shop drawings and detailed drawings for sub-contractors for production.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare CAD drawings for variety of projects including club house / lobbies / retail shops / public lavatories / apartments etc
- Support the project teams for completion of design work or to convert clients' design concept / drawing into shop drawing / detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production
- Handle ad hoc tasks as requested
About you
- Certificate/ Diploma education is an advantage
- Relevant experience in interior design or fit-out contracting firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is an advantage
- Good knowledge of detailed drawing & shop drawing preparation is a MUST
- Good written English and Chinese
- Good team spirit, detail-minded, independent, self-motivated and willing to work overtime
- Immediate available is preferred
