DTC Tester and Tracker

• DTC Tester o Verification of correct software/hardware versions and datasets o Verification of DTCs with regard to IBN-related topics (e.g. calibrations, learning routines, etc.) o Verification of correct installation and configuration of measurement equipment o Execution of event memory “static use cases”: o Terminal 15 o Wake-up/Sleep o Short drive (without terminal change) o DC charging o Extended Wake-up/Sleep o Execution of dynamic testing on exclusive vehicles o Customer-representative driving (day trips and multi-day trips) o The protocols must namingin the use cause guide line o Validation of test results with regard tocorrect test execution (quality gate before forwarding results for analysis) o Ensuring completeness of all measurement data (traces, event memory logs, use case notes, etc.) o Archiving of all test results (e.g. SharePoint) with access for all involved project roles and the client
• DTC Tracking o First point of contact regarding data o Data maintenance, data extraction, data evaluation o Event Store Master List o Fault management of cross-sectional protection o Quality gate of input data into database. o Perform analyses from the cross-sectional test cases and event memory use cases. o Extraction of the results from automated trace analyses for event memory evaluation (environmental data, reset analyses, WUS analyses) o Identification of error clusters or problems o Targeted provision of protocols including traces (RainCoat; if necessary. GIN) to Departments o Event storage categorization o Cross-section (diagnosis, security, networking) o Departmental errors o

Construction / commissioning o Creation of KPM tickets and assignment of the coordinator role to the respective department. o If required, content coordination of advance software versions for vehicles o Participation in discussions and TCBs o Recording of measures and deadlines and reflection in database o Implementation of error discussions (first point of contact for FB) o Creation of status reports o Examination of the effectiveness of the measures Qualification: Location:

Beijing

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic and Information Engineering, Automation, Computer Science and Technology or related majors.
• More than 8 years of work experience in automotive infotainment system or in-vehicle electronic system testing; familiar with the architecture and working principle of in-vehicle infotainment systems; deep knowledge of KPM system and the entire vehicle development process
• Guarantees that it possesses the expertise required to execute the defined scope. From the perspective of AUDI AG, this includes in particular:
• Detailed knowledge of the E/E architecture of projects E³1.2
• Diagnostic communication analysis skills (UDS), e.g.:
• Reading measured values
• Reading and clearing the event memory
• Event memory environment data
• Contents of gateway configuration lists and slave lists
• Analysis capabilities across all relevant bus systems and their diagnostic transport protocols (Ehernet, FlexRay, CAN, LIN)
• Proficient handling of iDEX, ODIS, and CP Tool, including full functional usage
• Knowledge of vehicle update processes via GOB(w) and OTA
• Proficient use of bus analysis tools (e.g. Vector CANoe, Wireshark, etc.)
• Experience with Volkswagen Group systems (KPM, RainCoat, GroupMDM, System 42 vehicle architecture folder, etc.)
