DTF Print Operator (Mandarin Required)

Printiz Ltd is a fast-growing print-on-demand (POD) company based in Smethwick, Birmingham (B66 1BZ). We specialise in customised apparel printing using professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) and dye sublimation printing technology.

As our production continues to grow, we are looking for reliable and motivated Print Operators to join our team.

Previous printing, machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided on our specific equipment and production procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Print Operator, your daily duties may include:

• Operating DTF and dye sublimation printing machines
• Preparing garments and printing materials
• Monitoring print quality and identifying defects
• Performing routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Following production schedules and SOPs
• Supporting DTF, DTG and sublimation production
• Working closely with other production team members
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in DTF printing, dye sublimation, garment printing, machine operation, warehouse or manufacturing is preferred
• Candidates with direct printing equipment experience will receive priority consideration
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Willing to learn and follow technical procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Comfortable working as part of a team

Candidates without direct printing experience may still be considered if they have relevant production or machine operation experience and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.

Language Requirements

Applicants who can communicate in Mandarin Chinese are preferred, as many members of our production team speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

Basic English communication skills are also beneficial.

Working Pattern

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Full-time applicants are preferred
• Working hours may vary depending on production demand
• Overtime may be available during busy periods

Pay

£12.71–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience and capability.
