DTG Printer / Print Shop Associate

About the role

1000 Productions / 1000 Merch is hiring a DTG Printer / Print Shop Associate for our Dallas production shop. Full-time or part-time.

The main job is DTG. We need someone to take over our DTG station and keep it running clean. DTG experience is a big plus, but if you're reliable and willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

We produce custom apparel, artist merch, tour merch, clothing brand drops, and bulk printing for brands, businesses, artists, and creative entrepreneurs.

What You Will Do

• Run the DTG station day to day: pretreat, load, print, and cure.
• Check every print for placement, color, and quality before it moves on.
• Keep the DTG printer clean and maintained.
• Help around the shop: pull and catch on screen print jobs, press DTF transfers, fold, pack, and whatever the day needs.
• Keep the print area clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Communicate clearly with the team about job status and any print issues.

What We Are Looking For

• DTG experience preferred, but not required if you're willing to learn.
• Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting boxes of garments, and working in a production shop.
• Available mainly for daytime shifts, on-site in Dallas, TX.
• Availability for late nights and weekends when a rush hits is a plus.

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience running a DTG printer (Brother, Epson, or similar).
• Pretreatment and curing knowledge.
• Heat press or DTF experience.
• Screen printing experience.
• Clothing brand, streetwear, or merch production background.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
