Company Profile
Stonelam intends to integrate its Porcelain Slabs business with Facade installation to provide complete cladding solution to its customers.
The Estimation Manager is expected to oversee the entire planning , costing, tendering process.
Core responsibilities include:
- Preparation of BOQ - estimation of Quantities of material based on the Auto CAD drawings
- Preparation of detailed cost sheet basis the BOQ
- Preparation of Quotation and Proposal bid for the tender
- Material Ordering and prepare Purchase Order for the material
- Site inspection and physical verification of sub contractor work
- Verification of Contractors running and final bill as per the contract terms and conditions
- Closely coordinate with the on site Project team, subcontractor etc
- Have a deep understanding of systems like unitized/stick curtain walls, cladding
- Proficiency in Auto Cad
