• As a CAD Professional, you will play a crucial role in transforming architectural concepts and designs into precise and accurate CAD drawings

• Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of architectural projects and the creation of functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent
• Create accurate and detailed CAD drawings based on architectural plans, elevations, sections, and specifications
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc
• ) to produce 2D and 3D drawings
• Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Develop drawings for architectural layouts, floor plans, building sections, and construction details
• Maintain and update drawing libraries and databases for efficient access to design resources
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and quality control processes
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, renderings, and visualizations for client presentations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural details into architectural drawings
• Stay updated on CAD software advancements, best practices, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a CAD Professional, ideally in architectural services
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating CAD drawings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools is a plus
