Full Stack Engineer AI

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Write unit, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and software craftsmanship practices.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and demonstrations.
• Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular/Vue.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with GCP / Google Cloud Platform or equivalent cloud platform.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, or Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI-native coding tool such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts.

Preferred Candidate
