We are looking for a GCP Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GCP backup/restore, Cloud SQL backup/restore, GitLab, Terraform, and CI/CD. The candidate will be responsible for implementing reliable backup and recovery solutions, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines across GCP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GCP backup and restore processes for cloud resources.
• Implement and manage Cloud SQL backup, restore, and recovery procedures.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
• Manage source code and repositories using GitLab.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and backup/restore issues.
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, disaster recovery, and operational support.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with Cloud SQL backup/restore and recovery.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with cloud backup, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
