Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Harness , Ansible , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment strategies across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness .
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible .
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless software releases.
• Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices across DevOps processes.
• Manage containerized workloads and deployment strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for DevOps maturity and operational excellence.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience with Harness CI/CD platform .
• Expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is preferred).
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills using Shell, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Preferred Skills :

• GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or equivalent).
• Experience with Kubernetes (GKE).
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
