Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled GCP Senior Support Engineer with experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud infrastructure support, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, securing, and optimizing cloud environments while ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage GCP infrastructure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Databases, and Kubernetes environments.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize GCP services such as Compute Engine, Persistent Disk, Object Storage, NFS, Cloud SQL/RDS, Spanner, BigTable, Serverless Services, and GKE.
• Manage networking components including VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, CDN, Traffic Director, and Interconnect.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls using IAM, Cloud Armor, KMS, Secret Manager, Beyond Corp, and encryption best practices.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Monitoring and observability tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, PowerShell, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, performance, networking, and security issues.
• Support Azure Backup monitoring, restore activities, and runbook execution.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, operational documents, and technical procedures.
• Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Event, and CMDB Management.
