GENERAL ACCOUNTANT/ADMIN

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Government Obligations - BIR Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Filing some are but not limited to BIR Forms 0619E; 1601-EQ; 2550M; 2550Q; 0605; 1604CF; 2316, 1702Q
• Process BIR Letters and LOA until clearance
• Government Obligations- Mandatory Benefits (SSS; Pag-Ibig & Philhealth)
• Government Obligations-Municipality/BPLO/Fire/Sanitary
• Securities & Exchange Commission Filing-Manual & Online
• GS1 Barcoding System Annual Updating & Renewal
• Assist in Financial Reports & Audit preparation
• Checking and Fund Monitoring (Cash Monitoring & Budgeting)
• Checking Passbook vs DCR
• Bank Reconciliation-Monthly
• Checking of Accounting Records / Transactions
• Inventory Valuation Report-Twice a week
• Encoding of Per Item Sales Report (with encoder function-encoding with analysis)-NCCC
• Insurance Renewal/Claims
• Lead the Accounting Team Daily Processing, Procurement and Performance evaluation of Team Members
• Reporting to Purchasing & S&M Head & Operations Manager
• Other task that may be assigned by immediate superior in relation to the job & company requirement

ADMIN FUNCTIONS

• Land & Building Requirements - Repairs, Installation etc
• Monitoring of Fire Alarms & Extinguishers
• Safety Hazards
• Tasks related to maintaining that the company is compliant to mandatory government requirements
• Telephone, Landline & Internet Plan Renewal
• Oversee PCO Compliance Assistant

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
