Kualifikasi Utama
- Pendidikan: S1 Akuntansi.
- Pengalaman: Min. 3–5 tahun di posisi Payroll Officer / Payroll Specialist, diutamakan dari industri kontraktor tambang, rental alat berat, atau labour supply.
- Regulasi: Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan/PP 35, perhitungan PPh 21 (skema TER), serta regulasi BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
Kompetensi Teknis & Operasional
- Site Payroll & Roster: Mahir menghitung penggajian skala besar, kalkulasi overtime (lembur site pertambangan), insentif roster, tunjangan lapangan, dan potongan absensi.
- HRIS & Excel Expertise: Menguasai fungsi kompleks Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Table) dan pengoperasian software HRIS/Payroll.
- Administrasi BPJS & Pajak: Memproses pendaftaran, pelaporan bulanan, dan rekonsiliasi tagihan BPJS serta pemotongan PPh 21 karyawan.
- Payroll Audit & Reconciliation: Mampu mengaudit data absensi site jobsite, mutasi karyawan, serta menyusun laporan biaya tenaga kerja (labour cost report) bulanan untuk Manajemen/Finance.
