HR Executive

About the role

Manage daily HR and administration activities, including recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation while supporting payroll preparation and employee benefits administration. Coordinate employee training and development activities, ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented, and support employee relations and basic HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR and administration activities
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
• Coordinate employee training and development activities
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Support employee relations and resolve basic HR matters
• Assist with BPJS, employment contracts, and other HR-related compliance
• Support general office administration when required

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a project, engineering, construction, or technical company
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good English communication skills is an advantage
