- Identifying the need for training and Organizing the Training Modules
- Handling Employee welfare activities & HR General activities
- Handling Periodical Performance reviews & evaluations of various departments
- Generation of various MIS Reports of HRD Department
- Implementation of Various HR Policies and aid in the improvement for the same
Eligibility
