HR Payroll Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and calculate monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Calculate and manage employee income tax (PPh 21)
• Prepare and report PPh 21 tax filings
• Handle Benefit in Kind (BIK) calculations
• Calculate and administer BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan contributions
• Prepare payroll journal entries for internal finance reporting
• Prepare bonus reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Prepare and issue employment offer agreements for new employees/candidates
• Support and coordinate the annual employee performance review process
• Support and coordinate payroll and HR audit processes, including preparing required documentation and reports
• Handle industrial relations matters, including employee inquiries, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Coordinate and facilitate the company’s monthly town hall, including preparation and coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or related HR functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Taxation, or related field
• Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21, and labor law
• Familiar with BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) administration
• Experience handling payroll audits and industrial relations matters is a plus
• Experience in payroll systems/software is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
