Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across voice and non-voice processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and vendor partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations and hiring managers.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in events.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of BPO hiring processes.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in BPO bulk hiring or talent acquisition.
