About the role

This role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee administration, and payroll management within an HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment
• Manage employee needs including uniforms and office supplies
• Handle employee administrative tasks
• Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
• Calculate payroll through to take home pay
• Manage employee attendance

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in HRD, particularly in F&B
• Recruiter experience preferred
• English language proficiency
• Able to join immediately
