Qualifications
For Telco Account:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
For Retail Account:
- Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects; OR
- K-12/Senior High School Graduate under the new curriculum; OR
- High School Graduate under the old curriculum with at least 6 months BPO experience from an international account
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
