- SPE (Senior Process Executive)
Experience: 1 4 Years
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- SME (Subject Metter Expert)
Experience: 5 9 Years
Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience in customer support international voice.
- Minimum 2+ year of exp on paper of SME / People Management experience.
- Must have all the respective documents and certificate.
- Excellent English Communication
- Experience in US voice process BPO
- Customer Handling & Problem-Solving
