Trinity Skillworks Pvt. Ltd.(SkillActz) is hiring candidates for an International Voice Process Customer Support role with a leading global BPO company.

We are looking for candidates with good English communication, active listening, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Job Details

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: 19,000 - 25,000 take-home per month, depending on experience and interview performance +

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Resolve service-related queries, complaints, and account-related issues.
• Maintain clear, polite, and customer-focused communication.
• Record customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM or internal system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, data-security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity, quality, customer-satisfaction, attendance, and schedule-adherence targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience may apply.
• Good spoken English, fluency, grammar, listening, and pronunciation skills.
• Confident in handling continuous international customer calls.
• Strong customer-handling, active-listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Willing to work from the office in Kochi.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work with CRM applications.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, sales, hospitality, banking, insurance, or technical support will be preferred.
• Hindi or Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
