Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with GCP experience to design, develop, and implement scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+) .
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security .
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Cloud Run
• Compute Engine
• Cloud Storage
• Pub/Sub
• Cloud SQL
• BigQuery (preferred)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• GCP Certifications will be an added advantage.
