Lead Talent Acquisition (BPO Domain)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead our BPO recruitment function and drive the end-to-end hiring process for high-volume, specialized, and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BPO recruitment, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, & a proven track record of filling positions within defined timelines.

Preference will be given to the BPO domain or Bulk Hiring background personnel in fast pace environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably with significant exposure to BPO hiring.
• Proven experience in Leading or Supervising a recruitment team.
• Strong track record of successfully filling BPO positions within defined timelines.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM roles will be highly preferred.
• Experience hiring both high-volume operational roles and mid-to-senior-level positions.
• Strong understanding of BPO recruitment dynamics, candidate availability, sourcing channels, and market salary trends.
• Handle disagreements & recruitment-related conflicts with a solution-oriented and professional approach.

Shift Timings: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
