Provide advanced L3 support for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux platforms.
- Resolve complex Linux operating system
issues.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis for
recurring problems.
- Lead technical troubleshooting for critical
incidents.
- Participate in major incident resolution.
- Prepare RCA documents and corrective
actions
