Position: Local Content Audit Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a seasoned and analytical Local Content Audit Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will lead comprehensive audit engagements, ensure full regulatory compliance, and drive strategic initiatives related to Saudi Local Content, LCGPA regulations, and IKTVA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end local content and compliance audits for corporate and major sector clients.

Evaluate, calculate, and verify Local Content and IKTVA scores in strict alignment with LCGPA guidelines and Saudi regulations.

Design, implement, and test robust internal control frameworks and audit programs.

Collaborate closely with clients and regulatory authorities to ensure 100% audit readiness, transparency, and zero compliance gaps.

Provide strategic advisory on procurement localization, supplier development, and regulatory optimization.

Supervise, mentor, and guide audit teams to maintain the highest standards of professional excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of progressive experience in External/Internal Audit, Compliance, or Financial Assurance—with a strong, demonstrable focus on Saudi Arabia.

Hands-on expertise in Saudi Local Content regulations, LCGPA compliance, and/or IKTVA frameworks.

Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent.

Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, Saudi GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
