DTP Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across the DTP Group portfolio of brands (premium fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle), retail concepts and service offerings.

This is a dynamic role for a marketing professional who combines strong marketing capabilities with exceptional brand understanding and commercial awareness. You will lead marketing and brand operations across MA CHÉRIE Wellness, MA CHÉRIE SKIN and REFEEL's wholesale portfolio, playing a central role in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, communications and customer experience initiatives.

MA CHÉRIE Wellness Concept Stores

MA CHÉRIE is DTP Group's premium multi-brand retail concept offering a 360° wellness experience that blends fashion, skincare and elevated daily essentials from leading international brands including Augustinus Bader, Hunza G, Kujten, Varley and more. The brand currently operates flagship locations in Athens and Madrid, alongside seasonal resort destinations.

MA CHÉRIE SKIN

Located in the heart of Kolonaki, MA CHÉRIE SKIN is a boutique spa redefining modern skincare and wellness. Recognised by the World Luxury Spa Awards as the Best Luxury Boutique Spa in Southern Europe in 2025, it represents the highest standards of personalised care and hospitality.

REFEEL Showroom

Refeel Showroom represents leading international brands, such as Frescobol Carioca, Varley, Seafolly, Bamford, Love Stories, amongst others, across the categories of resortwear, swimwear, activewear, ready-to-wear, beauty and wellness, with a network of more than 800 wholesale points across Greece and Cyprus, as well as shop-in-shops (Attica, Hondos Center and Notos Galleries).

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Brand Relations

• Coordinate marketing activities, campaign assets and brand communications with international brand partners.
• Support PR, influencer and partnership initiatives, coordinating closely with creators, external partners, and media contacts.
• Assist with the preparation of media kits, partnership proposals and reports.

Visual Brand Identity

• Lead the ongoing development and evolution of the visual identity of MA CHÉRIE, MA CHÉRIE SKIN, and REFEEL, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee the execution of visual communications across social media, websites, newsletters, digital campaigns, promotions, presentations, events, packaging, and print materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with external creative partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Brand Marketing & Strategy

• Support in the execution of the annual marketing plan across MA CHÉRIE Wellness Stores and the REFEEL portfolio.
• Coordinate and implement brand-building initiatives that strengthen awareness, engagement and customer loyalty.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning, visual identity and business objectives.
• Translate marketing objectives and brand strategies into compelling visual concepts.

Campaigns, Events & Activations

• Coordinate brand launches, seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, wellness events, pop-ups and customer experiences, ensuring execution of marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Contribute to the development of customer engagement initiatives that strengthen community and brand loyalty.
• Ensure creative alignment across all communication channels.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage the social media presence of all DTP Group brands.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance and contribute ideas to continuously improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Assist with creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and brand content.
• Support photography, videography, editing, and multimedia production when required.
• Create and edit visual content for digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, PR or a related field, ideally within the fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Digitally fluent with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation creation tools. Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proactive with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
