Job Overview

We are an NBFC-MFI operating exclusively in the microfinance sector and are looking for energetic, dedicated, and motivated candidates to join our branch network.

The selected candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, group formation, loan disbursement, and collection activities while maintaining strong customer relationships and following company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential microfinance customers.
• Form customer groups as per company guidelines.
• Assist in loan application processing and disbursement.
• Conduct regular loan collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct field visits and support branch-level operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and microfinance operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18-32 years.
• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS / 12th Pass) Or Graduate.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driving Licence: A valid Driving Licence or Learners Licence is required.
• Two-Wheeler: Candidates must have their own two-wheeler.

Other Requirements: Willingness to work in the field and travel locally as required

Designation, Experience & Salary

1. CRO Customer Relationship Officer

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Gross Salary: 14,900 per month.
• Additional Benefits: Incentives, Group Mediclaim, PF, ESIC, and Life Insurance.

2. Sr. CRO Senior Customer Relationship Officer

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the microfinance sector.
• Gross Salary: 15,900 per month.
• Additional Benefits: Incentives, Group Mediclaim, PF, ESIC, and Life Insurance.

3. ABH Assistant Branch Head

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
• Gross Salary: 16,925 per month.
• Additional Benefits: Incentives, Group Mediclaim, PF, ESIC, and Life Insurance.

Work Setup & Facilities

• Branch-level accommodation will be provided.
• Food facilities are not included.
• Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and branch-level responsibilities.
• A two-wheeler and a valid Driving Licence or Learner’s Licence are mandatory.
• Salary incentives and employee benefits will be applicable as per company policy.
