Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with training, quality, and other support teams to improve operational performance.
• Prepare performance reports and share regular business updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Quick Commerce industry is mandatory.
• Prior experience in BPO operations or team management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working remotely.
