Operations Manager - Sales

Experience: Relevant experience in BPO Sales / B2B Product Sales

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Sales Manager who has strong exposure to BPO sales, B2B product sales, team handling, and sales performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor TLs & Floor Managers to drive sales performance.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and team performance MIS.
• Drive TLs and Floor Managers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor individual and team-wise productivity, conversion and revenue.
• Handle and resolve sales team grievances and escalations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure proper follow-up, calling quality and sales process adherence.
• Work closely with TLs/Floor Managers to improve conversion and sales numbers.
• Manage sales team productivity within the approved manpower/budget parameters.
• Support management in achieving overall sales and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in BPO / Call Centre Sales

Strong experience in B2B Product Sales / Tele-Sales

Experience managing TLs, Floor Managers or large sales teams

Strong knowledge of sales MIS & reporting

Target-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to drive teams and achieve aggressive sales targets
