Pay Master

The Pay Master is responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing of Peoplecore BPO Clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent service.

What the Pay Master will do:

• Process and monitor payroll transactions from input to finalization

• Validate payroll data, computations, adjustments and deductions

• Generate payroll reports and required payroll outputs

• Monitor payroll schedules, cut-offs and client submissions

• Prepare and file required monthly and annual government reports

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll issues

• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably BPO or multi-client payroll

• Good knowledge of Philippine Payroll and statutory requirements

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Organized and able to work with deadlines

• High level of confidentiality and accountability

• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems is an advantage

Pre-qualification

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Mgt., HR and IT
