Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare flooring product plans, layouts, and cost estimates based on project requirements.
• Create detailed CAD drawings and technical layouts for flooring projects.
• Develop flooring designs according to customer requirements, measurements, and specifications.
• Analyze drawings, dimensions, BOQs, and project requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
• Calculate material quantities, wastage, measurements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Review drawings and designs for accuracy and feasibility.
• Make necessary modifications to CAD drawings based on site conditions or customer requirements.
• Maintain records of estimates, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Support the sales team with technical inputs, product specifications, and quotations.
• Ensure timely completion of planning and estimation activities.
