About Us The project involves robust application maintenance and support for multiple Windchill PLM instances & CAD applications. Support involves System Administrative Services, Business Administrative Services and End User Support Services. Support activity will be in Japan, China & India. It is maintaining Functional and Technical documentation. Providing Windchill PLM customization and Automation of CAD tool as per business needs Key Responsibilities: Facilitating discussion with stakeholders, developing solutions, developing statements of work and coming up with project plans Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenance and upgrades as per product owner (PTC) Windchill System Administrative Services and Business Administrative Services Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD) Mentor the support team to resolve complex CAD issues Resolving Windchill workflow issues 本プロジェクトでは、複数のWindchill PLMインスタンスおよびCADアプリケーションに対する堅牢なアプリケーション保守とサポートを行います。サポートには、システム管理サービス、業務管理サービス、エンドユーザーサポートサービスが含まれます。サポート活動は日本、中国、インドで実施されます。機能および技術文書の維持管理を行い、ビジネスニーズに応じたWindchill PLMのカスタマイズやCADツールの自動化を提供します 主な業務内容： ステークホルダーとの議論の促進、ソリューションの開発、作業範囲の定義、プロジェクト計画の策定 プロダクトオーナー（PTC）の指示に基づくWindchillの月次保守およびアップグレードの計画・支援 Windchillのシステム管理サービスおよび業務管理サービスの提供 Windchill PLMおよびCAD（SolidWorks、AutoCAD）に関する技術的・機能的な問題の解決 複雑なCADの問題を解決するためのサポートチームの指導 Windchillのワークフローに関する問題の解決 Requirements Japanese and English Language -> Proficient level Windchill and CAD end user support Windchill customization 日本語および英語：ビジネスレベル以上の言語能力 WindchillおよびCADのエンドユーザーサポート経験 Windchillのカスタマイズ経験
