Policy Issuance Staff Assistant

About the role

Operations Policy Issuance Staff Assistant to support the timely and accurate issuance of Non-Life insurance policies. The role involves managing policy issuance requests, preparing policy documents, monitoring accounts, and providing operational support to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage policy issuance ticket requests for all Non-Life insurance lines
• Ensure prompt and accurate issuance and sending of policies for covered vehicles, properties, and other insured risks
• Prepare and send declarations for covered motor policies under emergency assistance
• Monitor balances in accounts used for CTPL authentication
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the department

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Experience in the Non-Life insurance industry is an advantage
• Candidates with BPO experience, particularly in Workforce Management, are preferred
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes
• Strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Industry knowledge is an advantage
