About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Trainer to support the Manipal Cigna Renewals process. The ideal candidate must have handson experience in Insurance Sales within a BPO call center environment and possess strong communication and training delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales training programs for the Manipal Cigna Renewals team.
• Conduct onboarding, product training, and skillbased sales modules.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive performance improvement.
• Create training content, assessments, and reports as required.
• Coach and mentor advisors to improve their sales capability and conversion skills.
• Maintain training data, dashboards, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Health) in a BPO call center setup.
• Strong understanding of renewals, customer retention, objection handling, and sales conversion.
• Proven experience in delivering sales training and floor coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
