Job Summary

AL FARES INTERNATIONAL TENTS & CONSTRUCTION METAL LLC is looking for an experienced and highly organized Procurement Specialist to join our Riyadh branch.

We specialize in event tents, temporary structures, tent rental and sales, construction-related solutions, and related services, with operations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Morocco, and Jordan.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement process from supplier sourcing to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, and services required for tent and temporary structure projects.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Operations, Estimation, and Finance teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered according to project schedules.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and develop strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements with suppliers and project teams.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and supplier documents.
• Support urgent procurement requirements for projects and events.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in construction, events, temporary structures, tents, fabrication, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi supplier and local market.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to obtain and compare multiple quotations effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
• Candidates currently available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are preferred.
