What they need
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Product Engineering or Design within the automotive industry (experience in interior manufacturing is a major plus)
- Proficiency in automotive CAD software
- Solid understanding of interior manufacturing processes and material properties
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and IATF 16949)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
