What they need
8 to 12 Yrs experience automation testing with strong exp in python automation with SQL
Experience in writing Test Strategy Test Plans estimations for large and medium scale data programs is required
Experience in defining and implementing automation solutions for data validations is required
Strong experience in Python scripting or any Data Automation tools like Query surge DataGaps
Good experience in Writing complex SQL Queries to validate data quality and business transformations
Expertise in EndtoEnd data testing on atleast one of the cloud platforms like Azure AWS GCP is mandatory
Good experience in any reporting tools like Tableau Power BI MicroStrategy
Exposure working on Databases like Teradata SQL Server Postgres SQL Oracle is desirable
Exposure working on any cloud like Azure AWS is advantage
Exposure working in Agile POD based delivery model is required
Prior experience working and leading QA team of 10 15 people is desirable
Strong experience in SQL and Unix is desirable
Experience in Stakeholder management Customer interactions status reporting is required
Good written spoken communication skills Good Interpersonal skills
