Job Purpose:

Maintain CRM data, support lead management activities, and ensure accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.

• Track lead follow-ups and sales activities.

• Generate daily and weekly reports.

• Verify and maintain data accuracy.

• Coordinate with sales teams for updates.

• Assist in customer database management.

• Monitor lead allocation and status updates.

• Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance.

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail.

• Good Excel and reporting skills.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems.

• Analytical and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
