Role Summary:
Responsible for translating banking policies and operational procedures into executable BPMN 2.0 workflows using Camunda. Combines process analysis, workflow modeling, Camunda implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are business-compliant and production-ready.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze banking operational procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Convert business requirements into BPMN 2.0 process models
• Design and implement executable BPMN workflows using Camunda
• Model workflow events, gateways, subprocesses, message flows, timers, and exception handling
• Review AI-generated BPMN models for completeness
• Integrate BPMN workflows with DMN decision tables and Drools rules
• Develop REST API, Kafka, and messaging platform integrations
• Configure workflow variables, listeners, and process orchestration
• Conduct unit testing, sandbox validation, and workflow simulations
• Manage workflow versioning, deployment, and documentation
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and maintain audit evidence
