Senior Director, Content & Search

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Content & Search to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a operationally complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,400 – $272,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior content and SEO leader for KBB and Autotrader
• Translate content strategy into commercial value
• Lead organizational change across a 50-person content organization
• Develop and execute change management plans
• Establish and maintain brand voice and content quality frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in digital publishing, content strategy, or content leadership
• Minimum 6 years leading large, multi-layered teams
• Expertise in SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization
• Proven success influencing VP-level and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing large-scale content operations producing 1,000+ assets annually
