Senior IT System Consultant (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Planung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Systeme zur Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen und Einhaltung definierter Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Konzeption, Integration und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Infrastrukturkomponenten in neue und bestehende IT-Landschaften unter Berücksichtigung von Informationssicherheitsanforderungen
• Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für mehrere IT-Services sowie Weiterentwicklung zu einer übergreifenden Service-Owner-Rolle in Bereichen wie Hardware, Virtualisierung, Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Infrastrukturkonzepten und Systemarchitekturen über mehrere Services hinweg sowie Review und Qualitätssicherung technischer Dokumentationen
• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten einschließlich der Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben, Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen, Dienstleistern und Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung von Beschaffungsprozessen
• Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Technologien, Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung im Verantwortungsbereich sowie Teilnahme an Bereitschaftsdiensten

Your Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (IHK), abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 5–7 Jahre oder mehr) in der Serveradministration
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Linux Systemadministration (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu)
• Erfahrung im Einsatz von Containerisierung (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
• Umgang mit DevOPs Methodiken und dem Einsatz von Ansible, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory (JFrog, Nexus), Terraform
• Erfahrung mit Shell Scripting und Automatisierungswerkzeugen, wie z. B. Ansible, Python
• Wünschenswert wären zudem Kenntnisse im Implementieren von OS Hardening Methoden (CIS Benchmark, SELinux), in der Nutzung von Monitoring Lösungen (z.B. Zabbix, Grafana), sowie Erfahrung im Einsatz mit Virtualisierung via VMware vSphere und gängiger Applikation wie Nginx, Traefik, Apache (httpd)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL sowie fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement; sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz, hohe Empathie und Kooperationsbereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche Abstimmungen und Verhandlungen aktiv voranzutreiben
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Resilienz, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten
• Fähigkeit zur fachlichen Führung und strategischen Steuerung von Teams, kombiniert mit wirtschaftlichem und unternehmerischem Denken sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und Vor-Ort-Einsätzen
