Job Title: SEO Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website structure is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Core Web Vitals and website optimization.
• Experience in local SEO and schema markup is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Google certifications or SEO-related certifications will be an added advantage.
