About the Role

Nichetech Solutions is looking for an experienced SEO Executive who understands modern search optimization beyond traditional SEO.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience and be well versed with AI tools for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

The role will focus on improving organic search visibility, qualified traffic, rankings and brand visibility across Google Search as well as AI-powered search and answer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute SEO strategies for Nichetech and client websites.
2. Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
3. Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
4. Optimize website structure, URLs, metadata, internal linking and content.
5. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams.
6. Develop SEO strategies for service pages, landing pages, blogs and location-specific pages.
7. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building and outreach strategies.
8. Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
9. Work closely with content writers, designers and developers.
10. Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.

AI, AEO GEO Skills

1. The candidate should be comfortable using AI as part of the everyday SEO workflow, including:
2. AI-assisted keyword and topic research
3. Search-intent and competitor analysis
4. Content briefs and content-gap analysis
5. Content optimization and refreshing
6. SERP analysis
7. Schema and structured-data assistance
8. Internal-linking recommendations
9. SEO audit analysis
10. Reporting and data interpretation
11. Prompt engineering for SEO workflows
12. Automation of repetitive SEO activities

The candidate should also understand how content can be structured for visibility in AI-generated answers, conversational search and answer engines.

Tools Platforms

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar SEO platforms, Screaming Frog and PageSpeed Insights.

Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or equivalent AI-powered SEO/content tools is expected.

Required Skills

1. 3-5 years of practical SEO experience
2. Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
3. Understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO
4. Strong keyword research and competitor-analysis skills
5. Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance
6. Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
7. Ability to analyze SEO data and convert it into actionable recommendations
8. Good written English and communication skills
9. Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects
10. Strong understanding of how AI is changing organic search and content discovery

Preferred Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who dont use AI merely for generating content but know how to combine SEO expertise, analytics and AI tools to improve productivity and measurable search performance.

Experience handling SEO for IT services, SaaS, software development, B2B or international/USA-focused websites will be an advantage.
