SEO Specalist

About the role

This is an SEO role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple dimensions including on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO. You will work on keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, link building, and performance reporting. The role includes monitoring Google algorithm updates, analyzing competitor strategies, and exploring emerging AI search opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SEO strategies based on client objectives, target markets, competitors, and search intent
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value keywords and long-tail opportunities
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website content
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues including indexing, crawling, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, and duplicate content
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed issues
• Develop SEO content strategies based on search intent and create content briefs
• Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies and conduct competitor backlink analysis
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports for clients and management
• Monitor developments in AI search and explore strategies for improving brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences

About you

• 3+ years of SEO experience preferred
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO
• Good knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms
• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills
• Good understanding of search intent and keyword mapping
• Basic understanding of HTML and website structure
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written English
• Able to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects
