Supervisor – SEO & SEO Web

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor – SEO & SEO Web to lead teams responsible for search engine optimization and SEO-focused website development. This role combines people leadership, SEO and web expertise, and performance management. You will oversee the delivery of technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimizations, content updates, website builds, redesigns, and technical fixes—ensuring that all deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and service-level commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SEO Analysts and SEO Web Analysts.
• Set clear expectations and conduct regular coaching and one-on-one performance discussions.
• Monitor team and individual performance against SLA, AHT, quality, productivity, and resource-utilization targets.
• Plan workload distribution, shift coverage, staffing capacity, and daily priorities across both teams.
• Conduct calibration sessions and quality reviews to maintain accuracy and reduce rework.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, content updates, and website builds or fixes.
• Review keyword strategies, site architecture recommendations, and technical SEO solutions before delivery.
• Ensure website builds, redesigns, and page-level changes follow SEO, usability, brand, and technical standards.
• Investigate SLA or quality misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage escalations involving unclear requirements, CMS or hosting limitations, platform issues, and workflow tools.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in SEO, website development, or SEO-focused web delivery.
• At least one year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability and indexation, site architecture, page speed and Core Web Vitals, schema markup and structured data, on-page and content optimization, and off-page SEO and link-building fundamentals.
• Familiarity with website development and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Duda, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to review and troubleshoot SEO deliverables, website builds, redesigns, and technical fixes.
• Experience managing teams in a metrics-driven agency, in-house, BPO, KPO, or digital marketing operations environment.
• Strong coaching, performance management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
